Sour Foam huckleberry banana muffins are so moist and a great mode to use overripe bananas! Easy to mix together they're perfect for breakfast or brunch.

I must say these piece of cake sour foam blueberry assistant muffins may surpass that recipe!! They are then amazing! What I hateful is they are packed total of blueberries which I beloved and are the best muffins I have ever made or eaten before. (originally published 5/17)
Ok and then I don't bake a lot of things from scratch other than my favorite coconut banana bread. I unremarkably just throw together my 4 ingredient banana bread using cake mix and washed. Only sometimes I go all out.
- If you are having a brunch or want a tasty breakfast muffin these are fantastic.

I made the whole batch and unremarkably we have half of them to pack upwardly for the next 24-hour interval simply this fourth dimension we snacked on them all day into dessert and the whole batch was gone by night time!
If you accept a few overripe bananas don't throw them away! Make these sour cream blueberry banana muffins. OR for an even simpler version you tin use a boxed mix and try our Bisquick assistant breadstuff recipe for this batter too.

- Butter
- Sugar
- Blueberries
- Sour cream
- Baking soda
- Flour
- Bananas – equally dark-brown equally possible
- Eggs
- Muffin tin
They may not be puffy and tall like other muffins just that is because of the "secret" sour foam ingredient that makes them just similar butter in your mouth…meaning oh then moist.
Blueberry Banana Muffins
Like shooting fish in a barrel huckleberry banana muffins are so moist and a great fashion to use fresh fruit! Homemade simply quick to mix together they're perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Servings 24
Calories 115 kcal
- 1/two c butter
- 1 c sugar
- ane tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 3 overripe bananas (1 cup at least)
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 1/ii c blueberries
- 2 eggs

Mix on depression your saccharide, eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, butter, sour cream, and almond extract.

Mix in some other basin your flour and baking soda with a spoon.

Gradually add together your dry ingredients with your wet ingredients.

Fold in your blueberries.

Use muffin papers or spray muffin pan with non stick spray and scoop i/iv c. of muffin mixture into each muffin hole.

Broil at 350 for 17 minutes, and or about 29 minutes for mini loaf pans (slap-up for gifting).
